Policy/Procedure Documentation

To ensure quality and to comply with federal and state law, aquatic programs require documented standard operating procedures, emergency action plans, programming best practices, and records and reports. Manuals, policies, procedures, and reporting forms created in-house by your aquatic staff may or may not contain all required elements or be written in a clear, accurate manner.

In addition to an extensive aquatics background, I have many years of expertise as a technical and policy/procedure writer. You can take advantage of this expertise in a number of ways, including:

  • Evaluation and editing/rewriting of your existing aquatics program documents
  • Sample policies, procedures, and form to use as templates
  • Custom documents and forms written to your exact specifications
  • Training topics and skill refresher packets
