First Aid/CPR classes prepare you to provide lifesaving techniques that can save a co-worker, a friend, or a family member. The goal off organizations like the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association is to have everyone training in basic first aid and CPR techniques so that anyone anywhere might be able to step in a save a life.

We can provide this training where you live, socialize, work, or go to church. We come to you. We teach American-Heart– and American-Red-Cross–equivalent courses at 3 levels:

• Compression Only CPR - A very basic level that has been proven effective in counteracting Sudden Cardiac Arrest, which strikes more than 300,000 people each year in the United States alone. The benefits of this instruction is its simplicity and its effectiveness. In the workplace, you may encounter either heart attack victim that stay awake for some time and show signs of distress and sudden cardiac arrest victims that collapse without warning. This class gives you steps to follow for both cases!
• 

  Commercial sling and binder

  Basic CPR and First Aid - A class for everyone, made up of the components you are interested in: Adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR, AED Use, First Aid, etc. Inabout 2 to 5 hours, you can be certified as a layperson responder and receive a 2-year certificate.

• Professional CPR/AED with or without First Aid - This course only takes 5 to 6 hours but gives you professional-level CPR/AED skills for adults, children, and infants. First aid can be easily added to this 2-year certification.
