The Learning Center Login page allows you to access the Learning Center to view your profile, to register and launch online learning, and to access pages to create and manage course records.
Creating an Account
You should only have a single account on the Learning Center. You will be instructed to create an account the first time you participate in any online/blended learning course offered by the Red Cross. To create an account:
- Go to¬†https://classes.redcross.org/Saba/Web/Main. The Learning Center Login page appears.
- Click the New User link. A New User Registration page appears.
- Fill in the required information. Since the Red Cross will communicate with you primarily using email, it may be a good idea to use your email address as your username. Then, enter and confirm a password that you can remember with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and six characters or more total.
- Click the Save button.
Logging into the Learning Center
To access the Learning Center Home page, enter your username and password in the Returning User fields on the Login page. This takes you to the Learning Center Home page.
NOTE: This username and password also logs you into www.redcross.org/courserecords.
Viewing the Learning Catalog
To view the Learning Catalog, click the View Catalog link. This opens a Search page that enables you to search for Red Cross courses offered anywhere in the United States. The courses listed seem to exclude courses set up by Red Cross authorized providers (APs) and license training providers (LTPs).
Recovering Your Password or Username
The Login page has links that enable you to recover your password or username. You can also ask the Red Cross to reset your password or username by calling 1-800-RED-CROS (1-800-733-2767), Option 3, Option 2.
